BRIDGE BEARINGS & EXPANSION JOINTS

Elastomeric bridge bearing

The Laminated elastomeric bearing are manufactured according to design requirements.they are composed of CR (chloroprenerubber) Or NR(natural rubber) and steel plates in between the rubber according to required standard and finest quality materials. All the components are placed into muoldsand volcanised as one piece. the process of addesion between rubber and steel is ensured by pressure and heat.

POT PTFE Bearings

POT bearing consisting of a metal piston supported by a disc of unreinforced elastomer that is confined within a metal cylinder for allowing rotational movement about any axis in horizontal plane and to bear and transmit vertical load. Pot bearings may be provided with sliding assembly (with or without restraint in the form of guide along a desired direction to bear and transmit horizontal force) comprising of stainless steel plate attached to metal backing plate sliding in horizontal plane over sliding material confined in recess(s) on the piston which shall be termed as Sliding / Guided Pot bearings.

Bridge Expansion Joints

Single Strip seal elastomeric joint (Movement up to 80mm). Single strip expansion joint consist of two edge beams with anchorages and with elastomeric sealing element held firmly in the housing of edge beams that guarantee the water tightness the joint. The maximum gap between the edge beams at the road surface when the joint fully opens due to maximum contractions of the deck shall be limited to 80mm for comfortable passage of traffic. The edge beams protects the adjacent bridge deck concrete from damage due to vehicular impact and also transfer the vehicular loads to the deck structures through robust anchorage system.

Neoprene Rubber sheet

A Neoprene Rubber sheets is made up of synthetic rubber that is produced when chloroprene is polymerized. Most manufacturers purchase neoprene rubber in sheets. Our range of Neoprene Rubber Sheets includes synthetic rubber sheets, natural rubbers sheets, neoprene rubber sheets, EPDM rubber sheets, silicon rubber sheets etc. Keeping in mind the requirements of our international clients, we manufacture these Plain Neoprene Rubber Sheets using latest technology and advanced techniques.

The Vibration pad are used in arresting vibration and packing especially for aircondition units and various small, medium, machinery etc.

The Vibration Mounts acts as a vibrator arrestor in heavy machinery. These mounts are designed for progressive absorption of loads. They are highly deformable, which allows them to absorb large impact loads. Without rubber mounts, vibration impact can cause weakening & failure of machinery. Vibrating Screen Rubber Beading

Rubber Beadings is placed under vibrating screens to avoid metal to metal contact, which helps to increase life of vibrating screens by reducing vibrations. Rubber Beading are suitable for 6mm and 18mm thick supporting plates below vibrating screen cloth.
